Cascade Moon 13 Year Rye Whiskey

Cascade Moon is a special project by mastermind General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin of Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. Hand-selected by Austin, this Cascade Moon release looks to complement the series by offering what’s said to be a complex and mature rye to the lineup.

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Rye bread, caraway and faint grassiness, which transition into richer hints of sweet caramel and nutty cocoa nibs, along with smoked peppercorns and charred cinnamon. 

Palate: Sweeter, with pronounced impressions of caramel sauce, toffees, smoked peppercorn/paprika and vanilla cream.
